EtherMail, the pioneering email solution for encrypted and anonymous wallet-to-wallet communication on the Web3 platform, has successfully closed its pre-series A funding round, securing $4 million.

Draper Associates, MS&AD Ventures, and American venture entrepreneur Tim Draper are among the leading investors.

This latest infusion of capital will enable EtherMail to hasten the launch of its Single Sign-On Solution (SSO), Advertising Marketplace Solution (AMS), spam filter, and a feature that rewards users for reading inbound advertising emails. Additionally, the funds will be allocated toward market expansion and recruitment efforts.

This funding round follows a seed round in August 2022, which raised $3.3 million for EtherMail. Since then, the company has attracted over 500,000 users and partnered with noteworthy NFT projects like Toxic Skulls Club, Probably Nothing, and inBetweeners.

EtherMail has recently announced its integration with ENS (Ethereum Name Service) and Draper-backed Unstoppable Domains, which will make its Web3 email service accessible to millions of registered UD and ENS customers.

As an innovative communication system that aims to bridge the gaps in current Web2 solutions, EtherMail not only provides anonymous communication but also aims to reward users for engaging with relevant content in their inboxes.
