Role Overview: The Backend Engineer (Indexer) will focus on the development and enhancement of the LooksRare indexer. This role involves creating new features, maintaining high-quality deliverables, and continually strategizing ways to improve the indexer’s functionality.
Responsibilities:
Develop new features and maintain existing functionalities for the LooksRare indexer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Strategize and implement enhancements to improve the indexer’s performance and capabilities.
Innovate and contribute enthusiastically with a small, dynamic team to build groundbreaking product features.
Desired Experience:
Fluent in English.
Minimum 3 years of experience with Java/Spring and Multithreading.
Knowledge of messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka and databases like Redis and Postgres.
Proficient in AWS, Docker, and building RESTful services.
Experience with third-party integrations.
Additional Skills: Understanding of decentralized platforms and blockchain technology is an advantage.
