Role Overview: The Blockchain Engineer will conceptualize, develop, and launch efficient production-grade smart contracts. This role involves integrating risk management systems, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring robust testing and integration of smart contracts within our infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and release highly efficient smart contracts for EVM-based networks that meet business requirements.
Integrate risk systems to monitor and debug issues in deployed smart contracts on mainnet environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review specifications and provide technical insights.
Write comprehensive unit and integration tests for smart contracts and other technical stack components.
Manage subgraphs and collaborate with backend/frontend teams for smart contract integrations.
Desired Experience:
3+ years of experience in software development or related fields.
1+ year of experience in developing decentralized applications (dApps) and deploying complex smart contracts on blockchains.
Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and proficiency in Solidity.
Good knowledge of Ethereum standards (EIP, ERC).
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Additional Skills: Familiarity with Assembly languages for low-level optimizations is a plus. Experience with Solidity development frameworks like Hardhat & Foundry. Understanding of Layer 2 (L2) solutions, including non-EVM frameworks such as Starknet.
