Role Overview: The QA/SDET Manager will oversee all aspects of quality assurance and software development engineering in testing. This role involves understanding the product comprehensively, growing the QA team, setting performance targets, and developing robust testing environments using blockchain technologies.
Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of the LooksRare products and systems.
Lead and expand the QA/SDET team, setting goals and targets to ensure product quality.
Develop a comprehensive testing setup using a local blockchain environment like Hardhat.
Write and manage end-to-end tests to prevent regression bugs.
Continuously plan and implement improvements to the testing infrastructure.
Desired Experience:
Fluent in English.
Ability to work autonomously and drive projects with minimal guidance.
Solid understanding of blockchain technology, specifically Ethereum.
Highly skilled in software development and strong testing knowledge.
3+ years of experience in QA/SDET roles with a thorough understanding of NFT marketplaces such as LooksRare and OpenSea.
Proficiency in writing structured, clean code and experience with modern frontend build pipelines and GraphQL.
Additional Skills: Experience in managing teams and developing testing strategies for decentralized platforms is highly advantageous.
