French luxury fashion house Maison Margiela has unveiled its latest innovation: the “MetaTABI” NFT collection. This  release features digital renditions of Maison Margiela’s iconic Tabi boot, crafted to mirror their physical counterparts.

The MetaTABI NFT collection offers two distinct variants: a rare white edition limited to just 15 pieces, each accompanied by a custom Tabi boot, and a black edition, totaling 1500 pieces, with each including a bespoke leather wallet.

The pre-sale event kicks off on March 26, lasting 14 hours, followed by the public mint on March 27, available for 72 hours or until the collection sells out.

MetaTABI NFT holders will not only be entitled to claim the corresponding limited edition physical item but will also gain access to an augmented reality (AR) tool that will enable them to explore their digital Tabi virtually. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to engage in gaming integrations and gain priority access to Maison Margiela’s Web3 roadmap and future initiatives.
